My stay at the hotel was truly special. The beautiful view straight towards the Opera House was a sight to behold, though the cleanliness in the room left something to be desired with a dirty lounge mirror and dust on shelves and books. The service was impeccable, with high quality and professionalism that I'd expect from a Park Hyatt. The location, especially if you get the right room overlooking the Opera House or the Harbour, was exceptional. The dining experience was nice but nothing extraordinary.
